LaunchStack Systems LLC uses your name, email, phone, business answers and campaign attribution to respond to your request. These details are saved in our website records and sent to LeadConnector for follow-up and booking. Attribution includes campaign and ad identifiers, landing page, referrer, first-visit time, and available IP address and browser information.

Meta advertising measurement

The Meta Pixel shares page visits, pricing views, engagement, call requests, confirmed bookings and checkout clicks for advertising measurement and ad optimization. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page URL, advertising cookie identifiers, event identifiers and checkout total in USD. A checkout click is not a completed purchase. No form answers or contact details are included in ordinary event parameters.

Optional advanced matching shares your normalized email, phone, name when supplied and a submission identifier with Meta only after explicit recorded acceptance covering these details and Meta advertising measurement and optimization. The Pixel hashes these identifiers; hashing does not anonymize them. Matching is currently inactive because this page does not collect that acceptance. We do not enable automatic form collection or server-side customer uploads.

Region, consent and withdrawal

Page engagement and conversion events use the existing US-only region check, honor browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track, and honor an existing advertising refusal. Those events are blocked in other or unresolved regions without replay. The existing document-head base Pixel and PageView remain unchanged and are not covered by that page-event gate.

To opt out, enable Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser. You may also contact hello@launchstackstudio.com to withdraw an advertising or matching choice, including for details already in our lead records. Withdrawal stops future permitted use; it does not undo information previously sent. Any future matching consent must record the visitor, acceptance time, this notice version and the choices shown, preserve earlier evidence on withdrawal, and honor the latest refusal.

The embedded LeadConnector calendar has its own privacy and tracking configuration. Our page cannot control independently installed tracking inside that external calendar.
